1. Is your packaging discreet?

Yes. We use 100% discreet packaging with no product names, branding, or adult references on the box.
Only your name, address, and phone number appear on the label.

2. How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the payment method and location:

Prepaid / Express Delivery

🚚 2–4 business days (Fastest option)

Cash-on-Delivery (COD)

📦 5–7 business days
COD orders require advance booking confirmation payment to reduce fake orders.
The balance amount is paid upon delivery.

3. What is the COD advance charge?

For COD orders, customers must pay a small advance confirmation fee at the time of booking.
This amount is adjusted in the final bill and deducted from the COD amount payable on delivery.
This process helps reduce fake / rejected orders and ensures quick dispatch.

4. Do you offer delivery across India?

Yes, we deliver to all states and cities in India, including metro, tier-2 and remote locations.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

  • UPI / PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • COD (with advance booking fee & location availability)

6. Can I return or replace a product?

Due to hygiene standards, opened or used products cannot be returned.
We offer replacement / refund only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received an incorrect item

Provide unboxing video and contact support within 24–48 hours of delivery.

7. Are products safe to use?

Yes. All products are made from body-safe, medical-grade materials.

8. Will delivery personnel know what’s inside?

No. The packaging is plain & unbranded.
Even courier partners do not know the contents.

9. How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, tracking details are sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
